Choosing the right glasshouse depends on your personal taste, how you plan to use it, and the layout and available space on your property. Before deciding on a model, it is worth considering the role it will play in your garden. Will it be primarily a space for growing plants, or are you looking for a comfortable place to sit back, relax and enjoy your surroundings? Depending on your answer, you may want to consider factors such as size, ventilation and insulation.It is also worth thinking about the type of structure that best suits your garden. For example, would a lean-to glasshouse attached to an existing wall work best, or do you have the space for a freestanding model?

Avoid placing your greenhouse near tall trees, as they can block sunlight and pose a risk from falling branches during storms.How you intend to use the structure should also influence its location. A lean-to greenhouse is naturally attached to the house, making it easy to access fresh produce from the kitchen. A freestanding greenhouse should also be close enough for convenience, although very large structures are often best positioned a little further away so they don't dominate the appearance of the house.With a garden room or pavilion such as the Rondo, you may prefer to position it further into the garden to create a more private and peaceful retreat, making it a destination in your garden.

Yes, most of our structures can be moved. However, please note that it depends on the set-up. A relocation might require having a new foundation or wall built in the new location.

For growing plants, the ideal position is with the roof ridge running north to south and the door facing south. This helps maximise sunlight while providing good ventilation and protection from strong winds. On warm days, open the doors and roof vents to keep the temperature comfortable.If you are using your glasshouse as a space to relax, a south-facing position will make the most of the sun. Just ensure there are enough doors, windows or vents to prevent the space from becoming too warm.
