Fresh leaves burst with scent of lime when squeezed. A truly
delightful tea made from the fresh or dried leaves is a favourite tea at
anytime as it both stimulate the heart and calms the nerves. Fresh chopped
leaves can also be used in salads, soups or stews. A good complement to
basil and other spices.
