Not hardy / perennial / medicinal use / sunny to partial shade / easy from cuttings /  moist to waterlogged soil / blossom colour white / evergreen.
Brahmi as a  Medicinal plant is used extensively in Ayurveda to treat several diseases. It grows exceptionally well in poorly drained soils and waterlogged areas under sub-tropical conditions. It can be grown as an aquarium plant.
